Culturally appropriate food is prepared at the ICHS Legacy House for seniors living in apartments the in the Chinatown – International District isolated because of the coronavirus, on April 21, 2020 in Seattle, WA. Because they had a big kitchen ICHS collaborated with many other community based organizations at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and through the summer to provide food.
