An Extraordinary Time is a photo column I produced once a week from 2005-2006. It originally ran in the The Seattle Post-Intelligencer under the heading “Seattle Perspectives”. Now it is managed independently online and the site is under redesign to accompany a work in progress illustrating the Bill Of Rights and the issues surrounding it.
